Abstract :
Definition of linear plots of functions of the pattern changes is an integral part of the secondary field behavior prediction. Solution of the diffraction problem can be built on this analysis. In this paper, considered the behavior of the electromagnetic wave scattered from the rotating circular cylinder. General solution of the problem is not carry out, due algorithm of behavior prediction. The research is new, because ready mathematical apparatus results must be summarizes by specific big data processor report, which implies the establishment of an analytical algorithm.
