The article describes the methods, providing the high accuracy in the measurement of the speed of ultrasonic waves, the scheme and operation of the “ICP-M”- device, based on the automatic circulation with the use of modern electronic components, circuit solutions, allowing significantly reduce the error rate of measurement are shown).
