Abstract :
In this paper, we propose locality-aware algorithm for bootstrapping in multifunctional P2P network with different types delivery of multimedia data and latency arbitration. The algorithm is based on changing node ID, taking into account the round-trip time (RTT). In addition, we offer a formula for calculating the energy function of the node. It is necessary for better network resource allocation. This algorithm allows improve the optimality coefficient by 20%.
