Abstract
It is discussed results of avalanche transit time microwave oscillator switching to chaotic mode. Dynamics of microwave oscillator´s modes are investigated by bifurcation parametric diagrams, 2-Dimensional projections of phase planes, reconstruction of 3- Dimensional attractor of investigated dynamic system, spectral analysis of oscillator´s signal and first Lyapunov exponent.
