Abstract :
The use of thin polyaniline films for solar cell development, effective electron field emission and organic field-effect transistors was investigated. The solar cells based on binary donor-acceptor systems in the form of a combination of polyanilines with fullerene-containing polymers were developed and researched. The polymer-coated cathodes were studied with the use of field-emission spectroscopy and microscopy methods. The results of thin polyaniline films application as a transport layer in the FET were considered.
