Abstract
We investigate the electrical characterization of the PEDOT:PSS films deposited from commercial water soluble PEDOT:PSS dispersion PH1000 with different formulation components. After PEDOT:PSS coating on 500μm-diameter Au electrodes plating on Cu, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry are used to characterize the electrical properties through which a comparison is made between the PEDOT:PSS coated Au electrode and the bare Au electrode. Our results show the biocompatible PEDOT:PSS material by wet deposition could have a promising application on bioelectronics.
