Abstract
The present work proposes a novel DTMOS based current controlled conveyor (CCCII). The proposed DTMOS technique reduces the power consumption, reduces the voltage requirement to ±0.5V, and enhances the linearity of CCCII with low circuit complexity. The performance and validity of the proposed circuit has been verified by using it in a multifunction biquad filter using PSPICE, 0.18μm CMOS technology. Result analyses indicate that the proposed technique results in enhancing the bandwidth of the multifunction biquad filter by approximately 1.18 to 1.675 times. The current linearity of the proposed DTMOS CCCII has also improved by twice.
