Abstract :
In smart grid communications, neighborhood area network (NAN) lies in one of the most important sections. Reliability in NAN plays a critical role in providing assured services. In this extended abstract, we investigate the reliability aspects of communication infrastructure in NAN. We also provide quantitative analysis study on the related reliability issues of the communication infrastructure. Theme to this paper: ·Reliable Communication Networks for Real-Time and Cyber Physical Systems ·Network Reliability Analysis ·Communication Networks as an Element of Critical Infrastructures.
