Abstract :
Induction heating has become extremely popular in recent times across the globe, as most of the kitchens use induction cookers for preparing food. It has become especially popular owing to their increase in efficiency and user friendliness. Because of the advancement in technology, it is now possible to use this device in household applications. Owing to induction heating the pan is directly heated without thermal inertia. The efficiency of appliances using the principle of induction is more than that of traditional methods like immersion heaters and LPG geysers. In this paper, we propose the method in which the fluid will get heated directly from the coil. The experimental results show that efficiency of the suggested method increases nearly by about 20%.
