  • Abstract
Human safety in a vehicle is a prime focus of research in past few years. Several attempts have been made by various groups of researchers, academics and industry people around the world to address the potential issues in non-crash related accidents. Of all non-crash related accidents, heatstroke is major factor that leads in children deaths. Our work is largely motivated by safety issues due to non crash related fatalities such as heat stroke. We propose a simple and cost effective solution to alert vehicle owners about the heat stroke inside a vehicle and to avoid the death apparently due to suffocation. The proposed project work is beneficial not only to the vehicle owner but also to the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA´s). We indent to develop a prototype for Indian market.
