  • Abstract
For the purpose of high quality output voltage generation of a stand-alone wind turbine installation, multilevel H-bridge inverter is more suitable then the conventional inverters. This paper presents the modeling and simulation of a stand-alone wind turbine installation feeding a three-cascaded H-bridge inverter using the symmetrical control technique. A performance analysis of the impact of the wind speed variation on the output voltage is carried on.
