Abstract
Process hazard analysis of the selected handling process at an intermodal terminal was performed in the article. The basics of the reliability of such an analysis were presented. The causal groups of situations, which may lead to undesirable situations, were selected. A comparison of the risk level for causes related to the human factor and machines was conducted.
