A Novel Methodology for Developing a Sketch into an Image

Software´s or applications are available for converting an image to a sketch, but the inverse though is not induced yet. Roughly, in Crime Investigation Departments sketches are obtained which if converted to images will prove to be more helpful for the demanded purpose. A novel approach for developing an image out of sketch is suggested in this paper by following process of, breaking down the sketch into constituent or component office, matching or comparing these features with the available database, selecting the best match followed by registering or pasting these image components on a blackface image, performing filtering algorithm in order toper form smoothening of image.
