Abstract :
In order to improve the magnetic properties of L11 CoPt superstructure films during fabrication process, multilayer structures with alternative stacking of Co and Pt atomic planes was adopted in this study, owing to its special way of layer by layer deposition and controllable diffusion length between layers. We systematically change the Co thickness to Pt thickness ratio and total thickness of [Co/Pt]n multilayers. The results and mechanisms will be discussed in detail in full paper.
