Abstract
This paper presents the measured hysteresis loops of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) that were magnetically fractionated from the original Resovist MNPs (FUJIFILM RI Pharma). A numerical simulation based on the Langevin function was performed to support the experimental results. Simulation and experimental results showed that the efficiency of hyperthermia is improved by magnetically separating MNPs.
