Abstract :
The effects of coil size, distance, shape, and layer structure of magnetic shielded rooms on the estimation of shielding factor in the low-frequency region is investigated in this study using 3D magnetic field analysis. The 3D linear eddy current analysis is carried out by using ordinary A-Φ method (A: magnetic vector potential, Φ: electric scalar potential) with the first order brick edge finite elements.
