Abstract :
In this paper, a long flux-path winding connection (SSNN) mode of SRM is presented. SSNN mode can reduce the mutual inductance between conducting phases, and thus realize the decoupling between each phase. Based on a six-phase 12/10 SRM, extensive finite element analysis simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed winding connection.
