Abstract
In this work, important reaction parameters of hydrothermal synthesis including the pH value, filling pressure, and reaction time have been investigated in details to figure out the optimal conditions for preparing single phase ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles with enhanced magnetic properties. X-ray diffraction (XRD) has been measured to figure out the structure of synthesized nanoparticles. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were utilized to characterize the morphology and microstructure of the ZnFe2O4 nanoparticles. Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) was used to measure the magnetic properties.
