Abstract :
We report the fabrication and characterization of visible light-responsive titanium dioxide photocatalytic microspheres using a liquid-phase laser ablation method. The titanium oxide microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and Raman spectroscopy. The results indicate that the size of the titanium oxide microspheres is strongly dependent on laser irradiation time and its crystalline properties are heavily influenced by laser irradiation.
