Abstract
This paper examines the use of photosensitive paint in the context of low-cost educational printed circuit board (PCB) fabrication. Photosensitive paint is used to minimize unwanted bubbles trapped between the photosensitive layer and copper. To demonstrate the application of the proposed technique, a double-sided PCB is constructed for a Femtoduino microcontroller. The details are extensively documented so that the same process can be adopted and improved by other hobbyists, educators, and researchers.
