            Abstract : 
Stochastic predator-prey systems with polluted in environment response are proposed. The first one is without pollute and the second one is with pollute. Firstly the existence of the unique positive solutions in two species delayed stochastic prey-predator systems are discussed Then the permanence of systems (H) and (HM) were investigated. For each system, we can proof that there exists a unique non-negative solution in each system that is permanent in time average under certain conditions.
