  • Abstract
    The International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Healthy is a new standard system about disability and healthy, which was constituted by World Health Organization. Smart aid service is the intelligent remote service platform based on the "feeling, knowledge, action" as the core. This paper studies the mobile terminal system of the disabled people aid services. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the various existing terminal, the development trend of the future aid services is summarized and then a mobile terminal is built to help the disabled people. The mobile terminal effectively integrates the existing disabled service information, and it can generate aid services information to adapt for all kinds of terminals through integrated processing analysis. Ultimately, the terminal provides a public welfare service platform for the disabled.
