Abstract :
This paper studies the free pickup and delivery of customers to airport. We extend the single type of vehicles to mixed type of vehicles. In our method, the rental vehicles and owned vehicles are used at the same time. After defining the satisfaction degree under arriving time window, the minimum cost model is presented to describe the vehicle scheduling problem. Then a heuristic approach is proposed to find the optimal vehicle routing scheme considering the rental vehicles and owned vehicles. Thus the optimal vehicle routing scheme with appointment time window can be created. Simulation results show that the proposed approach is feasible.
