Abstract :
The article thinks of the special poverty areas as a certain area which consists of many channels which transmit resources. And the article analysises the impact of areas´ collaborations to the special poverty areas by using game theory from the viewpoint and puts forward useful advices on the background of asymmetric information and bounded rationality. The result shows that the collaborations of poverty influence the number of the special poverty areas. And the optimal actions of the driving force have close relationship with the following factors: its original share of the special poverty areas, additional variable cost which uses in the aspects of using channels to transmit resources and the total quality of its´ channels´ task. The driving force can take effective actions to own beneficial transmission channels by making the tasks of the resources transmission channels keep within limits. These actions also can prevent the action of other region and accelerate their strategies conversion to reduce the resistance from other region of the special poverty area and realize their strategic goals.
