  • Abstract
    Gene regulatory network can be modeled by a class of complex and nonlinear model, in this paper, we consider the S-system model, special linearization technique is employed to tackle the S-system model, then the system is decomposed into two interactive subsystems. The recursive least square algorithm is applied to identify the parameters in both the two subsystems. A simulation is performed to verify the proposed algorithm, the results show that the estimated system can capture the original system.
