            Abstract : 
A SDTTDFSPM and TDFSFC approach are presented for TDNSPSs. The considered TDNSPSs is described by a SDTTDFSPM. A TDFSFC is designed to stabilize the controlled objects. By using the MSN and LMIs methods, the TDFSFC existence conditions with ε-dependent is derived. The obtained controller can overcome the effects of TD and the external disturbances to stabilize the TDNSPSs, which are shown by the simulation results. The upper bound of ε is also improved largely.
