Abstract :
For the issues of information semantic conflict and inconsistency generated by model differences in the current cable harness wiring process of complex mechatronic products, a construction technology of cable harness information integrated model based on ontology is proposed. The differences between the traditional cable harness wiring mode and assembly process of cable harness based on virtual prototype are analyzed, then a cable harness information integrated model is established from three aspects of wiring design, assembly process planning and simulation analysis, and the model is also expressed by using ontology technology. The update and extension technology of cable harness information integrated model is studied, and the model dynamic extension and update are realized by calculating the similarity of the different concepts or classes. The study shows that the model construction technology based on ontology can realize the integration, extension and update of cable harness information.
