Abstract :
The terminal guidance system of a missile is nonlinear. Therefore, traditional performance analysis methods of terminal guidance system are numerical. However, numerical methods have limitations in performance analysis. The bandwidth analytic expression is derived in this paper to analyze its principal influence factors. Then a new approach based on the bandwidth is present in this paper to analyze the performance of terminal guidance system followed by its applications in guidance and control. And the feasibility of this approach is proved by simulation. The result shows that this approach has advantages in performance analysis of terminal guidance system.
