Abstract :
In this paper, we analysis the working principle of the electromagnetic anti-scaling descaling device and design an incremental digital PID constant current controller for solving the unstable operating current problem which exists when the operating frequency changes. Furthermore, we propose the implementation scheme of controller and use engineering setting method to tune controller parameters. The effectiveness of the proposed controller is verified by experiment, and the experimental results show that the anti-scaling descaling device has strong ability for disturbance attenuation. When the working frequency was changed, the working current still remains stable, and meets the actual requirements of anti-scaling descaling device.
