Abstract :
It has been the consensus of more and more high-tech enterprises that independent research and development (R&D) leads industry development. In this paper, based on the study of independent R&D of high-tech technology enterprises, we use the mature ideas and methods of process control at home and abroad for reference, construct the process control technology of independent R&D project based on meticulous quality management, analyze the process model of independent R&D project, design the project procedures, discuss the strategic demonstration, project establishment and organization mode, provide the management of system design of independent R&D project, and put forward the management of team, planning and outsourcing. Finally, we analyze the evaluation mechanism, quality and risk of independent R&D project, and set up a whole process control system of independent R&D.
