Abstract :
Towards future large-volume data (such as UHD video) transferring between data storage and server, massive MIMO concept for sub-THz wireless communication by CMOS technology is explored in this paper. To compensate large path loss and attenuation, CMOS power efficient RF-front for massive MIMO is discussed by the use of metamaterial device for coherent sub-THz signal generation, propagation and detection.
