            Abstract :
In this paper, a reconfigurable dielectric-based glucose sensor is implemented in 65nm CMOS. Measurements over wide concentration range are achieved through frequency detection while high sensitivity is realized by the interferometer architecture. A sensitivity limit of 20 mg/dL is measured with 0.18-nL of sensing volume. Four independent sensing channels operating from 6 - 30 GHz facilitates broadband characterization of the glucose medium.
