Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to discuss the influence of knowledge-sharing to competitive strength of elementary schools in Taichung County, and the information is gained by way of a random sample of 89 elementary schools in Taichung County. The examinees are directed against the administrative management among these 89 elementary schools. After collecting the analyzing the collected information, the following results are concluded: (1) the selected administrative management of elementary schools in Taichung County have reached high-intermediate level in the knowledge-sharing aspect and the scores of each dimension arranged by grades from the highest to the lowest are: leadership dimension, communication dimension, environment dimension, organization support dimension and production dimension. The results show that in the environment of school, the administrative management may have more opportunities to communicate with other schools, know their activities better, have clearer and more correct concept about knowledge-sharing. Besides, they set good examples for their colleagues and that´s the reason why they gained higher scores in leadership dimension. (2)In the whole situation, the elementary schools in Taichung County get the best grades in the area of background field among the school competitive strength and it shows the possibility of the fact that all the elementary schools in Taichung County need to be designed and evaluated in the process of being established by the consideration of safety. The safety of school is the first concern for the operation and management.
