Business process reengineering of cultivation of college students´ comprehensive quality

The cultivation of university students´ comprehensive faculties is the starting point and the end of higher education, and both teaching and management of school is aimed at enhancing students´ overall quality so that students can become the modern society qualified citizens. The paper, starting from the view of the research perspective of the organizational structure, targeting the establishment of quality training mechanism, reengineers the process of the quality cultivation as well as the structure of enterprise system with the help of business process reengineering (BPR) theory. And then we achieve systematic, intensive reform of higher education and make the sustainable development of quality education come true.
