  • Abstract
    Time-domain measurement on uC´s conducted electromagnetic (cEMI) is now an essential part for software-related EMI (SW-EMI) modelling. Several signal processing should be done before SW-EMI analysis become possible. One of the stages is the time-domain waveform cutting. However, the cutting point determination is not accurate and may cause the data processing accuracy afterward. Thus, a high efficiency time-domain waveform cutting algorithm and implementation is needed. This paper develops a software-hardware Co-analysis cutting method implemented by C#. Some improvements are proposed among the algorithm level, implantation level, and language-specific level. The result is more accurate. And the efficiency of proposed implantation is increased by 623 times.
