Abstract :
Services using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) induce complicated situations concerning customer management. Especially, billing management is very critical. The requirement is firstly stated that managing relationship between services, payment, and settlement so as to assure payment method, service provision routes, and payment routes. The connection path concept is used in order to construct relationship between services, payment, and settlement. This paper proposes the efficient service and billing management method for interactive communication services.
