Abstract :
With the development of LED lighting, LED drive power technology is constantly evolving. LED driver transformer design as a core part of power supply design, and now, it has numerous design methods, and most of the design methods have the numerous formulas that difficult to calculate and other defects. In response to these problems, now, this paper presents a flyback LED driver power supply transformer design. Easily understood, the method is introduced to calculate the parameters of transformer from the electrical characteristics of inductance, and giving the calculation procedure of the relevant parameters combined with engineering practice. Finally, the method is verified by relevant examples, the results show that the method is effective and feasible, and it can shorten debug time of transformer and improve development efficiency.
