Abstract :
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of nonthermal atmospheric pressure plasma jet (NAPP) breast tumor in invivo model. DC pulsed power supply was employed in order to generate low temperature helium plasma in atmospheric pressure. In order to induce the cancer tumor in the animal model, 4T1 cancer cell line were injected subcutaneous to a group of 5 Balb/c female mice.
