Abstract
Summary form only given. Silicon photonics interconnect technology can potentially deliver computing systems energy efficient data movement with extreme bandwidth densities. We discuss the first complete experimental silicon photonic interconnected hardware-software implementation that demonstrates the system-level performance benefits.
