Abstract :
A low complexity adaptive nonlinearity compensation algorithm is experimentally demonstrated based on variance of intensity noise and low-pass filter. Digital-back propagation efficiency is improved about four times in 40-Gb/s DP-QPSK transmission over 720-km SMF.
