  • Abstract
    We present a silicon modulator with a measured E-O bandwidth of 41 GHz at -4 V bias. Open eye diagrams are visible up to 60 Gbps. With DSP, 112 Gbps PAM-4 transmission below FEC threshold is demonstrated.
