            Abstract : 
Integrated starter-generator allows combine starter and generator into a single electric machine. Vehicle-type of starter-generator is given in this paper. Permanent magnet synchronous machine control principle in starter and generator modes is proposed. Electric machine characteristics are obtained as results of mathematical modeling.
