Abstract :
The choice of the research direction and development the concept of constructing intelligent information-measuring system (IIMS) of complex safety working area of the locomotive are grounded. Algorithm of constructing station information-measuring system of complex safety working area of the locomotive on the basis of geoinformation technology (GIS), which provides continuous monitoring of the railroad bed (RWB) and surrounding areas to prevent emergency situations on the railroad (RW), risk assessment of the linear section (LS), located in the area of responsibility of station subsystem (SS) of railway are suggested.
