Abstract
Observing the whole process of 254 incidents with seamless video surveillance in Shanghai Urban Expressway Monitoring Center, the transaction time, dissipation time and the queue length were modeled with log linear regression. Result shows that accident duration incident and queue length are significantly determined by whether a tower vehicle is used, accident type and etc.
