The pollution of the navigable waters brought by canal shipping can´t be ignored, so it has become a widely concerned issue to reduce ship emissions so as to weaken their impact on canal water resources. In our country, canal ship with external shore-based cables still in the research stage, but it has very big development perspective. Based on this, primarily select the fleet transport organization of the Grand Canal based on shore-based electric propulsion, set the fleet operational indicators and economic indicators, then decide the primary scheme making use of the systematic decision.
