Abstract :
Based on the analysis of some typical ship database, such as Fairplay, Global Integrated Shipping Information System, Etal, which have been established and used widely, this paper puts forward the ensemble theory framework design of ship safety database. Firstly, the paper analyses data requirements and performance requirements of ship safety database. Then the paper accomplished the system function design. The conceptual structure model of the database is described by E-R diagram finally.
