Abstract :
Surface modification is a good way to improve the surface activity and interfacial strength of multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) when used IDEs for biosensor application. In this work, MWCNTs-Chitosan were prepared as surface modification by two methods; which is drop casting and spray pyrolysis. The film was deposited on IDEs at a room temperature. In this experiment, investigation was conducted on identifying better method to be used and advantages for surface modification. In this paper, characterization by SEM to study the shape a structure and EDXS to evaluate type of boarding were highlighted.
