  • Abstract
    This paper investigates the power allocation for femtocells which share the same frequency with macrocell. Macrocell base station protects itself by price-based interference management manner. With the different service requirement and design objectives of macrocell and femtocell devices, different utility functions are adopted for them. As the changing environment, we consider the uncertainty of measurable interference. So a robust stackelberg game is presented to formulate the two-tier uplink power allocation problem. Noncooperation game is applied to realize the maximum worst-case utility for each femtocell device. And also probability constraint manner is achieved to guarantee the performance for macrocell device. The proof about the uniqueness of equilibrium is given. Finally, numerical results show the convergence of the stackelberg game with uncertainty, and also demonstrate the uniqueness of equilibrium and the game is effective.
