Abstract :
In the power system, several power blackouts are caused by the independence between the relay protection system and the security stability control system. Under this circumstance, this paper proposes a coordination scheme between the relay protection and security stability system, based on the panoramic information platform of regional power grid. Frist, the feasibility of coordination between the relay protection and control system is discussed. And then information sharing is realized via the panoramic information platform of the regional power grid constructed with the communication networks, based on which, the coordination mechanism between the regional relay protection system and security stability system is elaborated. At last, by taking the overload situation as an example, the coordination strategy between the relay protection and the security stability control system is presented.
