Abstract :
This paper focuses on real time collection of dynamic image, systematic software and hardware of quality control and realization of automatic control function. Based on overall design of image collection and classification system, through studying control principle, improvement and parameter setting of PID, the applied control strategy in this system is determined and systematic parameter setting is completed by using knowledge mode. The test of system functions shows that our system can collect dynamic agricultural product image in 12 amplitude rates per second. Through output data at print port, it combines hardware environment in the system to realize rapid and accurate control many motors simultaneously. Meanwhile, system reached speed and accuracy requirements of real time collection of dynamic image and classification control, which can be used for real time detection and classification of agricultural products.
